"We know it's nothing to be afraid of," said Mayor [Ron Littlefield], who is running for re-election.

"It's proven to be a very good and representative form of government," Mr. Littlefield said.

"It takes awhile," she said. "The challenge will be getting these people acclimated."

"You can see [Carol Berz] and see how she blended in immediately," he said. "The same can be said about [Debbie Gaines]."
