Red Sox manager Terry Francona presented the possibility last night that Curt Schilling might not pitch in Tuesday's All-Star Game, thus allowing the veteran some needed rest before the schedule resumes in Anaheim on July 15.

"We have to wait until Schill pitches (tonight), especially, to not only see how (he is) after he pitches but how he bounces back," Francona said before the game against the A's. "We'll see how he bounces back and kind of go from there."
