It doesn't take much to destroy the peace of a neighborhood. And now Robert Feest is charged with doing just that on streets of Jamaica Plain.
Police and neighbors have accused Feest of being the "Parking Nazi" who has been going around enforcing his own brand of street justice on - oh, no! - those with out-of-state plates who park in the area, those who park on the street when they could be parked in their own driveways and those who might take up a little too much space. "Penalties" for "breaking the rules" range from having a car coated in chocolate syrup, to being spray-painted or scratched up with a screwdriver.
