Environmental Power Corp. Announces Third Quarter 1997 Results.
PORTSMOUTH, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 14, 1997-- Environmental Power Corporation (EPC) (NASDAQ/SMALL-CAP MARKET:POWR) reported that for the quarter ended September 30, 1997 ("1997"), power generation revenues were $12,195,445 and net income was $1,102,918 or 10 cents per share. For the corresponding quarter ended September 30, 1996 ("1996"), power generation revenues were $11,758,162 and net income was $900,837 or 8 cents per share. EPC reports the following breakdown of its results of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 1997 and for the comparative periods in 1996:
