An attorney for [Tracy McIntosh], Joel Trigiani, said his client was sentenced to house arrest because of an informal agreement between the defense, prosecutors and Judge Rayford A. Means.

Trigiani requested for a hearing in which he could call Means and McIntosh's previous attorneys to testify about whether such an agreement existed. Common Pleas Judge Pamela Pryor Dembe refused the request and told McIntosh, 54, to decide whether to withdraw his plea before his Sept. 28 sentencing hearing.
