JUDGMENT

PER CURIAM.

This appeal was considered on the record from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and on the briefs filed by the parties. The court has determined that the issues presented occasion no need for a published opinion. See D.C.Cir.Rule 14(c). It is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Melvin Lee's conviction be affirmed. A trial court's ruling concerning the admissibility of evidence will not be upset on appeal absent "grave abuse." United States v. Weisz, 718 F.2d 413, 431 (D.C.Cir.1983), cert. denied, 465 U.S. 1027 (1984). Lee has failed to demonstrate the testimony of Officer Brooks indicating the area in which he was arrested was a high crime area known for sales of $50 bags of crack cocaine was in fact unduly prejudicial. The district court properly refused to exclude this evidence.

The Clerk is directed to withhold issuance of the mandate herein until seven days after disposition of any timely petition for rehearing. See D.C.Cir.Rule 15.
