Freedom's Call 2007: behind the National Museum of the United States Air Force, 1100 Spaatz St., Riverside, adjacent to Area B of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Gates will open at 4:30 p.m., activities begin with a family carnival and other preshow attractions. A military tattoo by the USAF Materiel Command, beginning at 8 p.m., will pay tribute to the 60th anniversary of the United States Air Force with ceremonial musical performances by the U.S. Air Force Band of Flight, military aircraft flyovers, airpower demonstrations and static displays. The event will end with the annual Fourth of July fireworks show at dark. Refreshments will be available for purchase and visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
