Addressing plans for the future, Mr. [Raymond Campbell] said FirstCaribbean would be placing greater emphasis on its retail banking services during 2004. Among the plans were the provision of telephone and Internet banking services for all customers, the increase in credit card services, including the launch of a special visa card to coincide with the 2004 Summer Olympics, and the expansion of Multilink and Automatic Banking Machines. The bank also revealed plans to open an additional branch in the west of the island.
