Making a Tent Berkshire Circus Camp operates as part of Berkshire Community College's Lifelong Learning division, formerly known as Community Services, which offers a number of diverse non-credit development programs for people of all ages. Tuition payments and independent contributions are generally rolled back into the camp to pay operating expenses and modest salaries for six counselors, four coaches, and Bacon, who also assists with another BCC program for senior citizens, pairing grandparents with their grandchildren in a similar circus environment.
