A new voice has joined the chorus of those who say Ford Motor Co. paint sludge remains in a wooded neighborhood in Ringwood, more than a decade after the federal government declared the site clean.

They were placed there recently by work crews hired by Ford to canvas selected parts of the 900-acre site it once used as a dump.
