DAYTON -- Cora Sales and her foster son joined more than 300 other people jammed Sunday into the United Missionary Baptist Church for the 15th annual Foster Care Leadership Summit.

Sales said the 14-year-old, whose placement agency requested anonymity, had been living in her Trotwood home since she became his foster parent two months ago.
