KANDAHAR, Afghanistan - U.S. soldiers involved in burning the bodies of two Taliban rebels in Afghanistan face disciplinary action rather than criminal charges because the act, which offended Muslims, was done for hygienic reasons, according to a summary of findings by a U.S. military investigation released Saturday by e- mail.
