The rock quartet Seven Mary Three has survived its flavor-of-the- hour status that came with its 1995 national debut to become a hard- working, hard-touring band that lives to make music.

The band - frontman and songwriter Jason Ross, drummer Giti Khalsa, bassist Casey Daniel and new guitarist Thomas Juliano - has released a new album, Dis/Location, its first for the DRT label, and it's hitting the road to support the project. (The roster of DRT, founded last year, includes the bands Lit and Clutch and singer- songwriters Edwin McCain, John Wesley Harding and former Squeeze frontman Chris Difford.)
