As a member of Harvard's medical school faculty and a successful physician with a practice in a high-end suburban town, Dr. Roseanne Means sees privilege every day.

But she also sees the life of downtrodden, battered and homeless women with no privilege and no health insurance. She has seemingly made it her life's mission to bring free medicine, health care and hope to those women.
