The regulations will be changed to reflect two areas of emissions. The vapors exhausted at the press will continue to come under the Graphic Arts regulations, but with tighter limits. The new aspect will be the regulation of cleaning solvents. While changes in the former regulations will impact smaller flexographic, gravure, and lithographic printers, the cleaning solvents will have ramifications across the board.
