I-Factor is setting the stage for its brand-new weekly HUMP performance. Don't confuse it with the other meaning of "hump" -- though that would be one way to describe the way I-Factor delivers its energetic interactions with the crowd. [Teresa Trich] says she borrowed the name from the infamous and seemingly never-ending middle-of-the-week day nine-to-fivers dread.
Meanwhile, troupe members themselves exhibited an uncanny ability to anticipate each other's lines and the direction of the discourse on stage, while at the same time feeding off one another's verbal and non-verbal cues. Every skit didn't achieve the drop-dead hilarity that other improv outlets -- such as the hit TV show Whose Line Is It Anyway? -- have seemed to master. But the fact that I-Factor produced some unmistakably funny moments is all the more remarkable given that the group pulls it all off with just one practice per week.Humping the Audience
