Derecho a la propia imagen

Inexistencia del reportaje neutral por no reproducir la noticia de la de otro medio de comunicación, sino que se trata de una noticia sobre la reacción de una de las personas relacionada con la información equivocada de la revista, conociendo la existencia de intromisión ilegítima. E inexistencia del carácter accesorio de la imagen, pues es la razón de la fotografía, y ésta forma parte del objeto principal de la información.

Right to one's own image

Non-existence of a neutral report, because the news is not a reproduction of the news of another media outlet; rather, the news concerns the reaction of one of the people related with the mistaken information from the magazine, with knowledge of the existence of illegal intrusion. And non-existence of the accessory nature of the image, because the image is the reason for the photograph, and the photograph forms part of the principal object of the information.
