Brian Ziff-Levine has been promoted from analyst to political coordina tor at New York-based Whitman Insight Strategies, a Democratic strategic research and communications firm that has worked with Hillary and Bill Clinton, Al Gore and the Democratic National Committee.Before joining WINS, Ziff-Levine was a media analyst at the Center for the Study of Politics at the University of Wisconsin, where he also received his bachelor's degree.
