MEDIACOM COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION (Nasdaq: MCCC) today reported financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2001.

For the fourth quarter of 2001, the Company reported revenues of $213.6 million, an increase of 144.1% from the $87.5 million recorded in the fourth quarter of 2000. Operating cash flow (operating loss before depreciation, amortization and non-cash stock charges) increased by 105.4% to $84.2 million from the $41.0 million recorded in the fourth quarter of 2000, while net loss increased by 63.7% to $88.3 million from the $53.9 million recorded in the fourth quarter of 2000.

For the year ended December 31, 2001, the Company reported revenues of $590.0 million, an increase of 77.7% from the $332.1 million recorded in the corresponding period of 2000. Operating cash flow increased by 61.1% to $251.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2001 from the $156....
