Mercury Computer Systems Announces Third Quarter Fiscal 2002 Results.

CHELMSFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 2002

Mercury Computer Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRCY) announced today financial results for its third quarter fiscal year 2002, ended March 31, 2002.

For the third quarter:

-- Revenues were $34.9 million

-- Net Income was $2.7 million, representing 8% of revenues, and

-- Earnings Per Share (diluted) were $0.12.
