CENTREVILLE, Mich. - A man accused of shooting at an ultralight aircraft shortly before an annual ultralight festival last year has agreed to be jailed during the event for the next five years.

The sentence was part of a plea deal that David Eberstein, of Three Rivers, accepted Wednesday. The deal requires Eberstein to be held in jail from the day the five-day festival begins until two days after it ends.
