BANGOR - Carl Boyington may have been 83 years old, but he was not an elderly man waiting to die, his son-in-law told a Superior Court justice Tuesday at the sentencing of the woman responsible for the Milford man's death 18 months ago.
Angela Reynolds, 24, of Eddington was sentenced in Penobscot County Superior Court to 3 1/2 years in prison with all but six months suspended after pleading guilty to criminal operating while under the influence of intoxicants.Motorist Who Fatally Struck Milford Man Gets Jail Time
A manslaughter charge against her was dismissed as part of a plea agreement with the Penobscot County District Attorney's Office.
