June 10, 1977 DECISION AND ORDERBY MEMBERS JENKINS, PENELLO, AND WALTHERUpon a charge duly filed on September 8, 1976, and amended on September 10, 1976, by Metromedia, Inc., hereinafter called Metromedia or the Employer, the General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board, by the Regional Director for Region 31, issued a complaint and notice of hearing on September 23, 1976, against National Association of Broadcast Employees and Technicians, AFLCIO, CLC, hereinafter called NABET or Respondent. The complaint alleges that Respondent had engaged in, and is engaging in, unfair labor practices within the meaning of Section 8(b)(4)(ii)(D) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.
