FRANK E. BIFULCO, 93, of East Rutherford died Sunday. He was born in Italy. Before retiring, he worked for the New York City Transit Authority and was a member of Transport Workers Union Local 100. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8374. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church, East Rutherford. He was a member of the Rutherford Elks. He was a former crossing guard and a member of the East Rutherford Seniors. Arrangements: Kimak Funeral Home, Carlstadt.
