RACHEL CARLUCCI BARTOLETTA, 64, of Teaneck died Tuesday. She had been a secretary for St. Anastasia R.C. Church, Teaneck, and its school. Previously, she worked for Playtex Products. She also was a parishioner of St. Anastasia R.C. Church, where she was a Eucharistic minister, past president of it Parish Council, chairwoman of its bingo and school carnival programs and a member of its Board of Education and Home School Association. She also was a member of the Teaneck Community Relations Advisory Board, the North Teaneck Road Development Corp. and a member and past president of the Junior Woman's Club of Teaneck.
