He was employed by Estes Trucking, Charleston, W.Va., Terminal.
Surviving are his son, Jason Ray Bays of Hurlburt Field, Fla.; daughter, Emily Ellen Bays of Culloden; mother and father, Erma and Kelson Bays of Culloden; sister, Vanessa Chatterton of Culloden; brothers, Tim Bays of Delano, Calif., Greg Bays of Hurricane, W.Va.; two special nieces, Amaya A. Bays and Emma Runion.Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 24, 2004, at Allen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dewayne Porter officiating. Burial will be in Lawson Cemetery on Big Creek.Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Allen Funeral Home, 2837 Main St., Hurricane.Vickie Lynn BraggGENOA - Vickie Lynn Bragg, 42, of Genoa died June 17, 2004. Service will be 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, at Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin.
