Ochoa argues that there is no substantial evidence to support the CommissionerÂ’s finding that he can perform light work. Having reviewed the entire record, we find that the decision was supported by substantial evidence and the proper legal standards were used in evaluating the evidence. S ee Villa v. Sullivan , 895 F.2d 1019, 1021 (5th Cir. 1990); Ripley v. Chater , 67 F.3d 552, 555 (5th Cir. 1995).The Commissioner§ 404.1567(b) (definition of light work); S elders v. Sullivan , 914 F.2d 614, 618 (5th Cir. 1990).Ochoa argues that the Commissioner§ 416.929. There is substantial evidence to support the ALJÂ’s finding that OchoaÂ’s testimony regarding his functional limitations and pain was not supported by the medical rec ord and was not credi bl e.
