"I thought we handled things very well," North Penn coach Dick Beck said. "I thought our defense was very solid and we got after it. They handled the different looks very well."

"I read somewhere that they were closing the gap," Beck said. "I didn't think that they are closing the gap, and we expressed that to our kids. We're going to prepare for every team like they are the national champions. We're not going to let teams come in here, play hard and get moral victories. We're going to come out and try to win solidly, and that's what we did."

"I know that our kids are working hard and we're coaching the heck out of them," Bensalem coach Dan McShane said. "And we're going to still do that. But it's easy to make those statements when you have the amount of kids that he has."
