Beyers shares tips on how to develop a good public relations in projecting a positive impression of the school library media program as well as winning confidence and approval to its clientele with a presence of a Web site. Before creating a new webpage on the computer, she suggests that one should produce a notebook with ideas, other Web sites, and lists of topics to include when revising the pages. This preliminary step is important to create a logical flow for the Web site as well as to align the goals with the content for the site.
