State troopers are probing the case of a Vancouver man who was struck twice along Interstate 5 in Vancouver on Friday night first by a hit-and-run driver and again by another car as he lay in the roadway.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene about 10:40 p.m. Friday. William J. Leonard, 18, was taken to Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland.Police Look for Driver in Hit-and-Run
Leonard remained in critical condition Saturday evening, a Legacy spokeswoman said.
