The victim told police an Asian man with a black backpack, wearing striped shirt and wire-rimmed glasses touched her breasts and buttocks, shoved his hand down her pants and kissed her arm during the assault.

After the victim reported the assault the same day it occurred, an Upper Moreland officer spotted a man matching the attacker's description walking on the 100 block of York Road on Monday, almost a week later.

The 21-year-old victim told police she was walking to a bus stop in the area when an Asian male wearing glasses and a backpack approached her. He made sexual comments and touched her buttocks before walking away.
