DAYTON -- The Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office has filed a motion asking that two 17-year-olds accused of shooting another teen on Nov. 13 be tried as adults.

Scott Cook and Ronald Downs are being held in connection with the death of Damarion Flippin, 17, of Dayton. Flippin was shot after a brief argument at a Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority bus stop on Santa Clara and Wheatley avenues. Flippin, who was catching a bus to school at the Isus Institute of Construction Technology, died six hours later at Miami Valley Hospital.
