Retalix Ltd. (Nasdaq:RTLX), an independent provider of integrated enterprise-wide software solutions for the retail food and fuel industries worldwide, today announced record results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2003.

Revenues for fourth quarter of 2003 were $25.6 million, an increase of 13.6% from $22.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2002. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2003 was $3.5 million, an increase of 92.7% compared to net income of $1.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2002.
