DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD

Roadway Express, Inc. and Local 560, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America and Richard Erbacher. Cases 2-CA-19359 and 2-CA-19422

Thereafter, about 29 November, Union Business Agent Jaronko informed the Respondent's terminal manager, Ward, that the Union wanted to repreI The Respondent has requested oral argument. The request is denied as the record, exceptions, and briefs adequately present the issues and the positions of the parties.
