Section 172, act Mar. 3, 1909, ch. 266, 35 Stat. 837, authorized appointment of school employees as special peace officers.
Section 173, act Feb. 25, 1925, ch. 320, Sec. 1, 43 Stat. 978, authorized establishment of a system of vocational training for aboriginal natives.
