Section 26, R.S. Sec. 2611; Act Feb. 8, 1875, Ch. 36, Sec. 11, 18

Stat. 309, related to oath by special examiners of drugs.

Functions formerly exercised by the special examiner of drugs are covered by section 381 of Title 21, Food and Drugs.

Section 27, acts Feb. 8, 1875, ch. 36, Sec. 11, 18 Stat. 309; Mar. 2, 1895, ch. 177, Sec. 5, 28 Stat. 807, related to oaths by subordinate customs officers.

Section 28, act Sept. 24, 1914, ch. 309, 38 Stat. 716, provided that headquarters of customs district of Florida should be at Tampa.

Section 2 of this title vests authority in the President to change from time to time the location of headquarters of customs collection district and such authority was delegated to the Secretary of the Treasury by section 1 (a) of Executive Order 10289 of September 17, 1951, set out as a note under section 301 of Title 3, The President.
