* BEECH FORK - Lake is at summer pool. For more information call the Corps of Engineers recorded message at 304-525-5092. Walleye, saugeye, and hybrids are being caught using minnows, appropriately sized shad imitation lures, and grub-tipped jigs (try a variety of sizes and colors) fished near rocky points and drop-offs mainly at dawn, dusk and at night. Bass fishing is slow presently. Catfish are biting livers, nightcrawlers, cut bait, and even lures.
* BLUESTONE - Lake is at summer pool. Lake and tailwaters are slightly cloudy. For more information call the Corps of Engineers recorded message at 304-466-0156. Due to high water, the lake has been muddy with more rain in the forecast. However, once the lake returns to fishable conditions the fishing on the lake should be good during early and late hours.State Fishing Report
* BURNSVILLE - The lake is at summer pool and clear. Fishing is good. Bass are in 10-15 feet of water. Try plastic baits and crankbaits.
