Submission Of Examination Request As To Patents Formally Accepted In 2018

Omani Patent Office recently issued a circular in which it is stated that the examination request for patent applications accepted formally in 2018 shall be filed within 2 months as of the official notification of the mentioned circular.

Along with the examination request, the copy of the formally acceptance of the application as well as a copy of the application on an electric saving/memory device, in a ZIP file, with the payment of examination fee of OMR 300/- shall be filed together.
