Sultani Decrees

Sultani Decree No. 38/2016

Enacting amendments to certain provisions of the Traffic Law (SD 28/93). This Decree contains substantial changes to the existing Law, including new penalties that apply to offenders.

Enacted on 4 August 2016. Effective 30 days following publication.
