The author's client had secured quite a substantial order to supply fittings for the reception area of a therapy spa. Having failed to receive payment despite numerous telephone calls and letters he contacted the author's agency for assistance. When chasing what was owed, the client had never managed to get through to the lady in question. It was therefore with some surprise that the author actually managed to speak to her on his initial call. The lady had by now vanished and the author was told the police had become involved as there had apparently been a similar case in the Midlands.
