Q. I think I may have a problem with alcohol. I don't drink every day or crave alcohol, but when I do drink I tend to go overboard and get very drunk.

Recently, I was attending a wedding of a family friend, and I literally made a fool of myself in front of strangers, family members (who have never seen me like this) and friends. I am mortified and humiliated by my actions, and I feel deep remorse to the point of depression.
