PER CURIAM

Darryl Jamison appeals the district court’s orders denying his motion for imprisonment credit and his motions for clarification.

We have reviewed the record and the district court’s opinions and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Jamison’s motions to place this case in abeyance pending disposition of his motion filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 5 (West 1994 & Supp. 1998) are denied. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED
