A verbal model of the army command and control infosphere: which resources are available.
Nowadays, one of the most essential priority-driven doctrinal tasks in the development of the military organization of the state is to create a uniform system of national defense administration and ensure its efficient functioning, as well as to establish economic and financial conditions for the development and production of unified high-performance troop and weapon control systems and their information support mechanisms.
Common approaches to this doctrinal task (in any event, those related to information support) have been already considered in some of the articles previously published in the Voennaia mysl' (Military Thought) journal. (1) In particular, their authors made an attempt to show the role and place of military informatization in the structure of the state's military affairs trying to prove that military informatization is a conceptual component of the military system of the state and that development of the theory and practice of military schooling is only possible if there is a triple unity with military science and military art.
