PRESIDENT OF New York City's Health and Hospital Corporation (HCC), Alan Aviles says the family of Esmin Green who died neglected on the floor of a Brooklyn hospital last month deserves "fair and just compensation" for their loss. Aviles was responding to a $25-million lawsuit filed against the city by Green's daughter last week.
In a clear admision of culpability, the HHC Head in a statement said, "we failed Esmin Green," and "remain devastated by the tragic death....I personally extended our deepest condolences to her family for their loss."Victim's Family Deserves Just Payment Says Hospital Head
