Article 2 of the Convention : The killing of a mau does rrot create for his widow a continuing situatiorr of which she would be the indirect victirn with regard to Article 2.

Artlcle 25 of the Convention : Wife of a nrurdered person considered to be an indirect victinr of an alleged breach of Article 2 of the Couveution . The same solution applies to the unmarried brother of the applicant .

Arllcle 26 of the Convention : br the absence of local remedies the six nronths' period runs from the date of the act or decision complained of in the applicalion .
