Starr and Granger don't remember any specifics of the demo tape, but chances are good that it featured an oddball collection of folk songs, old-time radio comedy and snippets of historical documentaries. In between are historical speeches, war documentaries, patriotic anthems, poetry, parody, radio comedy, zany British humor and thousands of folk songs, some of them familiar and many of them obscure.
