"Although my season as president is ending," [Zerrie Campbell] says, "my heart swells with gratitude and pride for the many persons who have contributed to MXCs emergence as an educational force. The college's successes are not mine alone - but are the result of the combined effort of the MXC family of students, employees, our community partners and neighbors. Daley, I took a tumble at Michigan and Balbo and was immediately whisked by the paramedics via ambulance to the emergency room at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. There, after x-rays, the docs determined that I had a broken left ankle. So now I'm hobblin' around with the aid of a walker. Please keep me in your prayers that this "old gal" will heal as rapidly as a "young gal."
