Zimbabwe Relaunches Advertising Self-Regulation Program

With the economy improving in Zimbabwe, the country has relaunched its advertising self-regulation program, the Advertising Standards Authority Zimbabwe ("ASAZIM").

ASAZIM enforces the Code of Standards, which is available at http://www.asazim.co.zw/asa-codes/. If an advertiser fails to comply, ASAZIM can direct the advertiser to stop running the advertising and pay a small fine. ASAZIM also publishes its decisions on its website.
