El 15 de julio de 2010, la Inspección General de Justicia (“IGJ”), organismo a cargo del Registro Público de Comercio de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, emitió la Resolución N° 1/2010 (la “Resolución 1/10”) mediante la cual se exige a determinadas personas jurídicas la presentación de una declaración jurada sobre ciertos datos, en los plazos y condiciones que allí se establecen.
