Dayco Group, through its subsidiary Dayco Power Participações em Autopeças Ltda., acquired one hundred per cent (100%) of the capital stock of Metalurgia Solano Ltda. and Itapart's Indústria e Metalurgia Ltda. ME, as well as certain assets and the trademarks of Nytron Indústria, Comércio e Exportação de Auto Peças Ltda. ("Nytron Group Companies and Assets").). With 30% of the market, Nytron Group develops and manufactures pulleys, tensioners and hydraulic actuators for the aftermarket segment, meeting the demand from the replacement market with excellence. With the acquisition of Nytron Group and Assets, Dayco will increase substantially its presence in Brazil.
